For questions about shipping or for help placing an order, please contact us by emailing Drop .

For all California, customers your packaging will arrive Prop 65 compliant, including front and back Prop 65 compliance labeling. 


All packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail shipping prices include packaging materials.


You will be notified by email when your cigars are shipped. Generally, we will attempt to ship your cigars shortly after your order is placed. However, in effort to protect your cigars, please be aware that your order may be held for ideal weather and shipping conditions.


Therefore, once your cigars order has been picked up by the common carrier for delivery, the cigars becomes your responsibility. We are not responsible for, and will not replace cigars that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. 


We also cannot accept returns for the following: cigars that do not coincide with personal tastes, cigars that have been adversely affected by customer storage, and cigars that have been otherwise damaged as a result of any other adverse condition occurring while the cigars were in the your care, and change of heart or mind regarding your order.


Returns

We do not accept returns for any cigar purchases for any reason.


If you do not want to proceed with your order you must contact us before the order ships from our warehouse. Once the order leaves our warehouse we cannot cancel or re-route the order.


All cigars sold are maintained at optimum conditions. We consider cigars to be out of our control once it has been handed over to the shipper and we cannot be responsible for improper storage after it has been delivered. Therefore, once your order has been picked up by the common carrier for delivery, the cigars becomes your responsibility.
